Why Small Business Owners?


Back in my employee days, I worked in a small business. Whilst I was employed as administrative staff, my role became so much more and I wore many hats. I understand first hand how small businesses work and how much small business owners have on their plate! When I started my business, I knew that I wanted to work with small business owners as I can relate to your situation and I want to help you keep things running smoothly.




How Will You Manage My Work?


Your work will be scheduled into my diary each day depending on which package you have chosen. For example, if you decide to go with the Associate package of 20 hours per month, I will schedule 1 hour per day dedicated to you in my diary. It is important to note that I may not work on your businesses tasks at the same time each day as it will depend on what is happening in my day.




What If I Have An Urgent Task?


I am always willing to roll up my sleeves and help you out, however, I do have multiple Clients so it is important to define what 'Urgent' means. 'Urgent' is if your business has a situation where it is losing money and the situation needs to be resolved immediately.




Do You Provide By The Hour Services?


Currently I do not. However, if you have a one off project that you need help with, do feel free to get in touch as I may have availability to assist you.




Do You Have A Team?


I do not. Each task completed, is completed by yours truly!




How Will You Know What To Priortise?


This is where the team work comes in! It's super important that we stay aligned on what's a priority and what isn't. Together, we will look at what is happening in your business and create deadlines and sort priorities. I will always work on the most pressing tasks first.
